Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Marshfield). Everything went their way against the Aurora Houn Dawgs on Monday as Marshfield made off with a 16-7 win. The Bluejays have beaten the Houn Dawgs the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Houn Dawgs has come to flipping the script.

Marshfield's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Aurora, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-5.

Coming up, Marshfield will face off against Rolla at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Rolla has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 6.75 runs per game on average), something Marshfield will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Aurora, they will venture away from home to square off against Hillcrest at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
