Oregon had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Winnebago Indians on Thursday, sneaking past 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Hawks have posted against the Indians since April 19, 2021.

Oregon had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 25-20, 25-18.

Oregon's victory bumped their record up to 2-9. As for Winnebago, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10-1 record this season.
