Berean Academy won the last time they faced Marion and things went their way on Friday too. The Berean Academy Warriors were the clear victor by a 50-24 margin over the Marion Warriors. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Berean Academy.

Despite the loss, Marion still got an impressive performance from Carson Krause, who posted six points and three steals. Krause is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least three every time he's taken the court this season.

Berean Academy's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Marion, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Berean Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 37-34 victory against Wichita HomeSchool on the 14th. As for Marion, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, an 80-53 defeat against Halstead on the 14th.
