If the Dora Falcons were riding high off their 76-51 takedown of the Viola Longhorns last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Dora fell 63-56 to Lighthouse Christian on Wednesday. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Lighthouse Christian found their leader in underclassman Lee Stinson, who scored 19 points along with eight rebounds and five steals. Those five steals set a new season-high mark for him. Judah Louderback was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with six rebounds.
Dora's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Lighthouse Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season.
Dora will be staying on the road on January 19th to face off against Seymour at 6:00 p.m. on January 19th. Lighthouse Christian won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Cassville at 5:30 p.m. on January 11th.
