Last Monday, Adams kept a clean sheet against Samuell. They came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 2-0. The result kept Adams happy, as they haven't lost a game since January 6th.
Meanwhile, the matchup between North Mesquite and West Mesquite on Tuesday hardly resembled the 2-0 effort from their previous meeting. North Mesquite was the clear victor by a 8-0 margin over West Mesquite. Considering North Mesquite has won three contests by more than five goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
Adams has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2-1 record this season. As for North Mesquite, their win bumped their record up to 6-3.
Adams suffered a grim 5-0 defeat to North Mesquite in their previous matchup back in March of 2023. Can Adams avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
