There's no place like home for The Alchesay Falcons, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Friday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Globe 18-15. The victory was just what Alchesay needed coming off of a 56-0 loss in their prior game.
Although Globe took the loss, they still got scores from Esteban Garcia and Jaeger Franco.
Alchesay now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Globe, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Alchesay will take on St. Johns at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. St. Johns is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games. As for Globe, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against San Carlos at 7:00 p.m. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Arizona (San Carlos is ranked 215th, while Globe is ranked 193rd).
