Clint has gone 9-1 against Mountain View recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Lions will venture away from home to square off against the Lobos at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Clint's favor is that they have posted at least 31 points in their last three matchups.
Clint is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past San Elizario 49-7 on Friday. With that victory, the Lions brought their scoring average up to 27.8 points per game.

Clint relied on the efforts of Lorenzo Medina, who gained 130 total yards and three touchdowns, and Brandon Quezada, who rushed for 68 yards and one touchdown on only eight carries. The dominant performance also gave Quezada a new career-high in passing yards (128).
They were just one part of a punishing run game: Clint was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 301 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 301 rushing yards in four consecutive contests.
Clint's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB three times. In that department, Andres Retana was the leader with two sacks.
Meanwhile, Mountain View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 26-6 to Fabens. The game marked the Lobos' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.
Mountain View didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Andrew Palma and Ricardo Saenz. Daniel Garcia was another major factor on D, making 12 total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defending one pass.
Clint picked up their first home win, bumping their record up to 2-3. As for Mountain View, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.
Clint came up short against Mountain View in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, falling 27-21. Thankfully for the Lions, Omar Nevarez (who rushed for 156 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 9.2 yards per carry) won't be suiting up this time.
