The Fort Lupton Bluedevils scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They blew past KIPP Denver Collegiate, posting a 54-19 win at home. The win was some much needed relief for Fort Lupton as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.
Fort Lupton's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Daniella Aviles, who scored 16 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. That's the first time this season that Aviles scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Maddie Beverly, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds and four steals.
KIPP Denver Collegiate's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances.
