It was a good run, but Bloomfield unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Monday. They lost 61-40 to the Twin Rivers Royals. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Wildcats have suffered since December 3, 2024.

Bloomfield's loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-3. As for Twin Rivers, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 8-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Bloomfield Wildcats challenge the Meadow Heights Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on January 7th. Bloomfield is facing Meadow Heights at the right time seeing as Meadow Heights is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Twin Rivers, they will welcome Puxico at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Twin Rivers' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last eight contests.
