Lutheran's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 59-31 victory over the Galena Pirates. The Crusaders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 22 points or more this season.

Lutheran is also on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 19-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.2 points per game. As for Galena, with the defeat, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 16-10.

Coincidentally, Lutheran and Galena will both be playing Winnebago the next time they take the court. Galena will host Winnebago at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Lutheran will host them at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday.
