Plantation's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Daterrius Heller, who scored 20 points, and Jabari Washington who scored 17 points.
Plantation has been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-5 record this season. As for Stranahan, they pushed their record up to 11-2 with that victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.
Plantation's road trip will continue as they head out to face Belen Jesuit at 7:00 p.m. on January 13th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Florida (Belen Jesuit is ranked 116th, while Plantation is ranked 137th). As for Stranahan, Stranahan and Western will face off at 8:10 p.m. on January 15th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Western has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 364 points over their last five contests.
