The Enderlin Eagles lost against the Wyndmere/Lidgerwood Warbirds back in January of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The game between Enderlin and the Warbirds wasn't particularly close, with the Eagles falling 56-42.
Despite the loss, Enderlin had strong showings from Ayden Glarum, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 14 rebounds, and Jake Cimbura, who scored 11 points along with eight rebounds and four steals.
Enderlin dropped their record down to 2-13 with that defeat, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Wyndmere/Lidgerwood, their victory bumped their record up to 4-9.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Enderlin will challenge the Loboes at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wyndmere/Lidgerwood, they will head out on the road to face off against the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Maple River will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in their respective state's rankings (they are ranked 246th in Minnesota, while the Warbirds are ranked 91st in North Dakota).
