Southern Lab won the last time they faced Northeast and things went their way  on Friday too. Everything went the Southern Lab Kittens' way against the Northeast Vikings as the Southern Lab Kittens made off with  a  72-47 victory. The Kittens have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11  matchups by 20  points or more this season.
 Northeast lost  despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was   Derrick Cavalier, who  went 7 of 16  en route to 23  points in addition to six  boards and three  blocks. He is  on a roll when it comes to  blocks, as he's  now  posted two or more in the last three games he's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Braylon Guerin, who  went 6 for 15  on his way to 14 points along with eight  rebounds and three  steals.
Southern Lab has  been performing  well recently as they've  won five of their last six contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 24-6 record  this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 64.7 points over those games. As for Northeast, their loss  ended  a  three-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 12-13.
 Southern Lab has  already played their next  game (against Destrehan), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Northeast, they have already played their next matchup,  a  59-17  win against Jehovah-Jireh on the 10th.
