Queen's Grant has gone 3-0 against Jackson Day recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Queen's Grant Stallions will square off against the Jackson Day Mariners at 7:30 p.m. Queen's Grant knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matchups -- so hopefully Jackson Day likes a good challenge.
Last Friday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Queen's Grant beat Salisbury 64-59.

Queen's Grant found their leader in freshman Chase Smith, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 11 rebounds. Smith also set a new season-high mark in blocks with five. Another player making a difference was Geronimo Clark, who posted 14 points in addition to six assists and six boards.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Jackson Day). They simply couldn't be stopped on Wednesday as they easily beat Gray Stone Day 81-31. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.
Queen's Grant better keep an eye on Aiden Fisher. He was instrumental in Jackson Day's win, going 12 of 22 on his way to 30 points. Fisher has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Makai McKnight was another key player, going 5 for 8 on his way to 13 points.
Jackson Day is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.8 points per game. As for Queen's Grant, their victory bumped their record up to 8-3.
Some high-performance offense is likely on the agenda as Queen's Grant and Jackson Day are some of the highest scoring teams in the league. Queen's Grant hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 67 points per game. However, it's not like Jackson Day struggles in that department as they've been averaging 64.4 points. With both teams so easily able to put up points, the only question left is who can run the score up higher.
Queen's Grant beat Jackson Day 69-60 in their previous matchup back in November of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Queen's Grant since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
