After having lost a blowout in their game two weeks ago against Stoneham, Burlington were happy to find some success last Friday. Burlington had enough points to win and then some against Watertown, taking their match 20-0.
Meanwhile, Wakefield Memorial took a serious blow against Stoneham, falling 0-36. Wakefield Memorial were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-30.
Burlington's victory lifted them to 4-1 while Wakefield Memorial's defeat dropped them down to 1-3. We'll see if Burlington's success rolls on or if Wakefield Memorial are able to steal their positive momentum.
