It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Central Aroostook had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Shead Tigers as they made off with a 17-2 win. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by six runs or more this season.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Central Aroostook, bringing their record up to 13-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.5 runs on average over those games. As for Shead, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-12 record this season.

As of now, neither Central Aroostook nor Shead have any future games scheduled.
