There's no place like home for Burke, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  last Friday. They walked away with  a   6-1  win over the Omaha North Vikings  on Monday. This was payback for the Bulldogs, who suffered  a  5-3  loss the last time these two teams met.
 Sean Holland looked comfortable as he  tossed one inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Furthermore,  he didn't allow a single  earned run, the first time  he has blanked an opponent since back in March of 2024.
 On the hitting side, Burke saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Landon Foster, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-4.
