Citrus Valley has gone 7-1 against Beaumont recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Blackhawks will look to defend their home field against the Cougars at 7:00 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their contests after big wins in their previous games.
Citrus Valley is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They claimed a resounding 48-8 victory over Redlands. The Blackhawks haven't had any issues with the Terriers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Dominic Robles produced another solid effort throwing for 232 yards and four TDs while picking up 10.5 yards per attempt, and also rushing for 68 yards and one touchdown on only six carries. Those 68 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Citrus Valley's leading receiver Dylan Gallegos was Robles' top target yet again, picking up 105 receiving yards and one score.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: Citrus Valley was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 255 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
Citrus Valley didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Kameron Garcia. Citrus Valley got some further help from Ismael Gonzalez: he made 17 total tackles and defended three passes.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Beaumont, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They blew past Yucaipa, posting a 57-10 victory. The Cougars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by 21 points or more this season.
Beaumont's win came from a few key players Citrus Valley will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Jeremiah Duhu, who threw for 102 yards and three TDs. Another player making a difference was Braedon Miller, who picked up 106 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns.
Beaumont's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Citrus Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 2-6.
Friday's matchup will pit two of the most dominant signal callers against one another: Robles and Duhu. Robles just won't slow down this season and has thrown 12 touchdowns while averaging 223.3 passing yards per game. Duhu has been a dominant force too and has thrown 17 touchdowns while averaging 209.1 passing yards per game.
