On Friday, Tri-County Academy is packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against St. Joseph Catholic at 7:00 PM. The MaxPreps rankings say the odds are against Tri-County Academy, but that can only make success all the sweeter.
Last Friday, Tri-County Academy couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. It was close but no cigar for Tri-County Academy as they fell 14-17 to Sylva Bay Academy.
St. Joseph Catholic had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They took their game against Newton last week 35-22.
St. Joseph Catholic's lifted them to 1-0 while Tri-County Academy's loss dropped them down to 0-1. We'll find out if St. Joseph Catholic can add another positive mark to their record or if Tri-County Academy can shake off the loss and take the spring out of St. Joseph Catholic's step.
