Jocelyn Hernandez-Castro had an outrageously good game as she dropped a double-double on 18 points and 11 steals. Those 11 steals gave her a new career-high. Maia Berdebes was another key player, dropping a double-double on 17 points and 13 rebounds.
Ida Baker was working as a unit and finished the game with 14 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Dunbar only posted seven assists.
Dunbar's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Addision Fuhr, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten boards. Fuhr is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last four games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Daniya Maycock, who posted six points.
Ida Baker's victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-13. As for Dunbar, their loss dropped their record down to 7-9.
