Basketball Recap: Armani Coleman and Logan Stephenson Secure Win for St. Luke's Episcopal

St. Luke's Episcopal won the last time they faced LeFlore and things went their way on Saturday too. The St. Luke's Episcopal Wildcats walked away with a 51-43 win over the LeFlore Rattlers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

St. Luke's Episcopal was led to victory by Logan Stephenson and Armani Coleman. Stephenson went 6 of 10 on her way to 20 points and three steals, while Coleman went 6 of 11 on her way to 15 points in addition to three steals and three blocks. The game was Coleman's fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Lauren Robertson, who posted four points and three steals.

St. Luke's Episcopal has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 6-10 record this season. As for LeFlore, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Luke's Episcopal will face off against Washington County at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for LeFlore, they will take on Faith Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. LeFlore is facing Faith Academy at the right time seeing as Faith Academy is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
