When it comes to explaining why Portland Adventist Academy lost, one person who can't be blamed is Dane Petersen. Despite the final result, he scored 20 points along with six rebounds. Caleb Custer was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Portland Adventist Academy's loss dropped their record down to 14-9. As for Valley Catholic, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 17-4 record this season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Portland Adventist Academy will take on the Valiants at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Valley Catholic, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Westside Christian is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
