Last Wednesday, The Ambrose School was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 57-51 to Melba. The Ambrose School has struggled against Melba recently, as their matchup on Wednesday was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.
Meanwhile, McCall-Donnelly's game on Tuesday was all tied up 20-20 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They walked away with a 43-30 victory over Ridgevue. The win made it back-to-back wins for McCall-Donnelly.
The Ambrose School's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-6. As for McCall-Donnelly, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.
