Volleyball Recap: Southeast Career Tech Comes Up Short

On Wednesday, the Southeast Career Tech Roadrunners came up short against the Silverado Skyhawks and fell 3-1.

While Southeast Career Tech had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 20 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-20, 19-25, 25-22.

Southeast Career Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Silverado, their victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Southeast Career Tech will head out to take on Durango at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Silverado, they will head out on the road to face off against Desert Oasis at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Silverado is facing Desert Oasis at the right time seeing as Desert Oasis is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
