Lockport won the last time they faced Geneva and things went their way on Saturday too. The Porters walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Vikings.

Lockport found their leader in sophomore Emma Consigny, who had ten digs and four assists.

Despite the loss, Geneva still got an impressive performance from Lexi Meives, who had 11 digs and one assist. Anna Banks also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

Lockport is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-2 record this season. As for Geneva, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-10.

Lockport wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Neuqua Valley on the 13th. As for Geneva, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Homewood-Flossmoor on the 13th.
