There's no place like home for Valliant, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They blew past the Sequoyah Indians 9-1 on Thursday. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 15 matchups by six runs or more this season.

Valliant's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-14. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.2 runs over those games. As for Sequoyah, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-11.

Valliant didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 8-1 victory against Roland on the 1st. As for the Indians, they have also already played their next game, a 10-7 loss against the Eagles on the 3rd.
