Miami Beach hasn't had much luck against Coral Gables recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Miami Beach Hi-Tides will be playing at home against the Coral Gables Cavaliers at 3:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Miami Beach has four straight victories, Coral Gables has four straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Miami Beach's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Monday. They blew past Mater Academy Charter 18-0. The Hi-Tides might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by six runs or more this season.

Baldi has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times she's played. Celina Richardson was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run. That triple marked the first that she hit this season.
