Vic Villa Drops League-Best Performance on Thursday

The victory was the third in a row for Barstow, bringing their record for this year to 7-1. Gaoa and Barstow will head out on the road to square off against Granite Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Silverado Gets a Boost from Tharpe in 35-28 Loss
While Silverado might've come up empty on Thursday, Jarmarri Tharpe wasn't going down without a fight. Barstow had no answer to Tharpe as he picked up 74 receiving yards and a touchdown. Tharpe showed off some serious burst, connecting on a big catch for 50 yards.
With the loss, Silverado broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-4. Tharpe and Silverado will host Victor Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Dwayne Williams Makes It Two for Barstow
Another Barstow player making an appearance on this list is Dwayne Williams. He threw for 155 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 68 yards.
If the past is any indication, Williams could be in store for another big game when he takes on Granite Hills on Thursday. When Williams last faced the Cougars back in October of 2023, he rushed for 131 yards and four touchdowns on only 12 carries, and also threw for 121 yards on eight of 12 attempts.
