The Moriarty Pintos will be taking part in a tournament against the Belen Eagles  at 4:00  p.m.  on Saturday. The timing is sure in Moriarty's favor as the  team sits on six straight wins at home while Belen has been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road.

 Isabella Gallegos made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she  kept things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in 11 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while going 2-for-3.
