Basketball Recap: Anaconda Gets the Win

Anaconda's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They blew past the Drummond Trojans 58-36. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Copperheads have posted since February 22nd.

Anaconda's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Drummond, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Anaconda will be home for the holidays to greet Thompson Falls at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Drummond, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Charlo at 4:30 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
