Central Florida Christian Academy's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Marko Pandiloski, who scored 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Justin Brigham, who scored 11 points.
Lake Howell was led to victory by Janiel De los santos and Jaydon A. Samuels. De los santos scored 14 points along with seven assists and five rebounds, while Samuels dropped a double-double on 11 points and 16 rebounds. Samuels hasn't dropped below two blocks for five straight games. Another player making a difference was Mason Fritz, who scored 11 points.
Central Florida Christian Academy has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season. As for Lake Howell, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-8.
Central Florida Christian Academy will head out on the road to square off against Lake Brantley at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The timing is sure in Lake Brantley's favor as the squad sits on six straight wins at home while Central Florida Christian Academy has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road. As for Lake Howell, they will face off against Boone at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
