They walked away with a 53-45 win over Bolivar Central. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Middleton also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.
Middleton found their leader in underclassman Harmony Bell, who scored 27 points along with seven rebounds and six steals. The match was Bell's 12th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Ro'naia Talley, who scored eight points along with eight rebounds.
Middleton has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. As for Bolivar Central, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-11.
Middleton will head out on the road to face off against Halls at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Halls has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Bolivar Central, they will be playing at home against Covington at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
