The Celina Bulldogs are on the road again on Tuesday and play against the Parkway Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on December 19th. Celina will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings (they are ranked 576th, while Parkway is ranked 266th).
Last Thursday, Celina was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 40-34 to Van Wert. Celina has struggled against Van Wert recently, as their contest on Thursday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Meanwhile, Parkway got the win against Antwerp on Saturday by a conclusive 41-17. That 41-17 margin sets a new team best for Parkway this season.
Celina's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Parkway, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Celina took a serious blow against Parkway in their previous meeting back in December of 2022, falling 59-31. Can Celina avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
