In what's become a running theme this season, the Seneca Valley Screamin' Eagles gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 84-27 victory over Northwood at home. Seneca Valley's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Seneca Valley to victory, but perhaps none more so than Brielle Watson, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 13 rebounds. Watson hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for nine straight games. Jayden Addison was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with five assists and two steals.
Seneca Valley has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. As for Northwood, their loss was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-11.
Seneca Valley will square off against the Jaguars at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Northwest will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Maryland Rankings (they are ranked 234th, while the Screamin' Eagles are ranked 54th). As for Northwood, they will take on the Titans at TBD on Friday.
