 Meanwhile, Carlisle posted their closest  victory since April 16, 2024 on Tuesday. They skirted past Gettysburg  3-2. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Thundering Herd.
 Palmyra's win was  their eighth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 14-0. As for Carlisle, their victory bumped their record up to 4-9.
 Palmyra was able to grind out a solid  win over Carlisle in their previous meeting  back in March, winning  3-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cougars since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
