The Blair Bears were the 50-36 winner over the Lewis Central Titans when they last played one another back in December of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Blair suffered a tough 53-27 defeat at the hands of the Titans on Tuesday. Blair has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Gueryn Kay was Blair's leading scorer, having posted six points.
Blair has not been sharp recently as the team's lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-8 record this season. As for Lewis Central, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-5.
Blair will head out on the road to square off against the Bluejays at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Lewis Central, they will stay at home for another game and welcome the Cyclones at 6:00 p.m. on February 2nd.
