Joliet West came tearing into  Saturday's  match with six straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with  a   2-0  win over the Maine South Hawks. The Tigers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Hawks, too.
 Lexie Grevengoed paced Joliet West's offense, picking up ten kills. Grevengoed got some help from  Julia Adams and her ten assists. Adams was also solid from the service line:  she led the team with two aces.
Joliet West's victory bumped their record up to 12-1. As for Maine South,  with the  loss, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-4.
 Looking ahead, Joliet West will venture away from home to  challenge Marist  at 5:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Maine South, they will host Hersey  at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday.
