Peachtree Academy entered their tilt with Skipstone Academy with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Peachtree Academy claimed a resounding 52-4 win over Skipstone Academy on the road. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Peachtree Academy has managed all season.
Meanwhile, Lanier Christian Academy came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 50 points) and they left with even more momentum. They breezed by Killian Hill Christian at home to the tune of 51-2. Given Lanier Christian Academy's advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 221st, while Killian Hill Christian is ranked 535th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Emma Flowers was her usual excellent self, scoring 16 points along with nine steals. The game was her third in a row with at least ten points. Ellie Roberts was another key contributor, scoring four points along with five assists and four steals.
Peachtree Academy's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Lanier Christian Academy, they now have a winning record of 6-5.
