If Boyer Valley were riding high off their 54-26 takedown of West Harrison last Friday, that ride came to an abrupt end. Boyer Valley lost to Coon Rapids-Bayard by a decisive 30-48 margin. Boyer Valley were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Coon Rapids-Bayard apparently hadn't forgotten their loss from the last time the teams met up.
The defeat dropped Boyer Valley's record to 1-3. The win got Coon Rapids-Bayard back to even at 2-2.
Boyer Valley will look to defend their home turf next week against Audubon at 7:00 PM. As for Coon Rapids-Bayard, they will face off against West Harrison. Coon Rapids-Bayard will be strutting in after a win while West Harrison will be stumbling in from a defeat.
