Riverdale Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their third straight  loss. They took  a  9-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wilkinson County Christian Academy Rams. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Riverdale Academy of the  12-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture  last Tuesday.
  Landen Barret and  Kaidyn Williams stepped up to the plate in a big way.  Barret  went 1-for-2 with two  stolen bases, a  triple,  and a  run, while  Williams  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of  Zane Givens, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-3.
 On Wilkinson County Christian Academy's side,  Easton Buteaux was  excellent,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 3-for-3.  Jack Orgeron was another key contributor,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
 Riverdale Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Wilkinson County Christian Academy, the  victory was  the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-6.
 As of now, neither Riverdale Academy nor Wilkinson County Christian Academy have any future games scheduled.
