The College Park Cavaliers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They breezed by Cleveland on the road to the tune of 78-43. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 44-18.
Katie Westwood had a dynamite game for College Park, going 11 for 17 from beyond the arc en route to 33 points and 0 assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Westwood has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Gretchen Wright, who scored eight points along with seven rebounds and five assists.
College Park has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-11 record this season. As for Cleveland, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-20.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Caney Creek the next time they take the court. Cleveland will head out to face Caney Creek at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while College Park will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
