The Wewoka Tigers lost against the Holdenville Wolverines back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Wewoka took a serious blow against the Wolverines, falling 96-54. Wewoka has not had much luck with the Wolverines recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Wyatt Seeley had a dynamite game for Holdenville, scoring 41 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Seeley has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Kase Sipes, who scored 15 points.
Wewoka's defeat dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Holdenville, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 13-6.
Wewoka will be playing at home against the Wolves at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Holdenville, they will head out on the road to challenge the Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Bethel will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive.
