Dixon has gone a perfect 10-0 against Casa Roble recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Dixon will look to defend their home field against Casa Roble at 4:30 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Casa Roble will be up against a hot Dixon team: the squad just extended their winning streak to three. Dixon never let Winters get on the board and left with a 17-0 victory on Monday.
Dakota Gaball made a splash no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out ten over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.

In other batting news, Jordin Callen was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, five RBI, and two runs. Those five RBI gave her a new career-high. Rachael Cayabyab was another key player, scoring four runs and stealing three bases while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances.
Dixon kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 16 hits. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their hit total in three consecutive games.
Meanwhile, Casa Roble got the win against El Camino on Thursday by a conclusive 15-2. The Rams haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.
Cassandra Alvarez spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on three hits and racked up ten Ks.
At the plate, Gianna Giannini and Zaria Gee did most of the damage at the plate: Giannini went 4-for-5 with four runs, four RBI, and two doubles, while Gee went 3-for-4 with four runs, two stolen bases, and four RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooke Navarro, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3.
Dixon pushed their record up to 4-1 with the victory, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Casa Roble, the victory got them back to even at 4-4-1.
Casa Roble's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Dixon has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 14 hits per game. It's a different story for Casa Roble, though, as they've been averaging 10.2 hits. Given Dixon's sizable advantage in that area, Casa Roble will need to find a way to close that gap.
