After three games on the road, Florida College Academy is heading back home. They will take on the Genesis Prep Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Florida College Academy comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 24 points in their last three games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse.
Last Tuesday, Florida College Academy came up short against Families Instructing Students HomeSchool and fell 27-14.
Genesis Prep played against Solid Rock Community and lost via forfeit.
Florida College Academy dropped their record down to 1-5 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 16.7 points per game. As for Genesis Prep, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
