It's playoff time, and Plymouth Christian Academy had no trouble coming through when it counted. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Shrine Catholic Knights  a   12-0 shutout  on Saturday. The Eagles are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 11 straight.
 Sophie Paryaski was a  major factor no matter where she played. She  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only two  hits while striking out 14 over seven innings pitched. That's the most  strikeouts  she has posted since back in April of 2024. She was also solid in the batter's box,  getting on base  in three of her five plate appearances with two  runs and one  stolen base.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Chloe Paryaski, who  fired off two  home runs, three  runs,  and four  RBI while  getting on base  in four of her five plate appearances. That's the most  home runs  she has posted since back in May.  Mariah Wright was another key player,  going 1-for-4 with two  runs and one  RBI.
Plymouth Christian Academy's record now sits at 30-9. As for Shrine Catholic, their loss dropped their record down to 13-8.
As of now, neither Plymouth Christian Academy nor the Knights have any future games scheduled.
