Oliver Springs found their leader in underclassman Ethan Jones, who scored 16 points along with six assists and five steals. Jones is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Mason Day, who scored 14 points along with seven rebounds.
Coalfield dropped their record down to 1-14 with that loss, which was their eighth straight on the road. As for Oliver Springs, their victory bumped their record up to 14-11.
Coalfield didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 85-40 loss vs. Jellico on the 8th. Oliver Springs does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
