The Salome Frogs scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They put the hurt on Desert Heights Prep with a sharp 73-47 win. With that win, Salome brought their scoring average up to 50.9 points per game.
It was another big night for Jibran Castillo, who scored 31 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Jovany Calderon was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
Salome is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 15 games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season. As for Desert Heights Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 2-10.
