After taking the lead on a rushing touchdown in the second quarter, the Titans led 14-13 at the half.
Carl Albert expanded its lead to 16 points entering the fourth quarter. CA scored three times in the third, including once on a kick return.
A 21-point fourth quarter was enough to cement the win for the Midwest City school, as it pushed the final margin of victory to 23.
Jacob Lewis made a difference for the Fighting Irish. The junior quarterback threw two touchdowns and ran for three touchdowns.
Bishop McGuinness came in allowing just 10.6 points per game this season.
The loss snapped BM's 2-game winning streak.
The Titans (8-5) will play a playoff game against Bishop McGuinness next week. The Fighting Irish enter the contest having posted a 12-1.
