Soccer Recap: Carlisle Has No Trouble Against Waskom

Carlisle kept a clean sheet against Waskom on Monday. They put the hurt on the Waskom Wildcats with a sharp 7-0 victory. Considering the Indians have won four contests by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Waskom from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Ivan Garza led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Carlisle's win bumped their record up to 6-2-1. As for Waskom, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Carlisle will square off against Gladewater at 5:00 p.m. on January 13th. Carlisle is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.1 goals per game this season. As for Waskom, they will take on Tatum at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
