Sadly, the Langford Lions are still looking for their first win of the season after 16 matchups. They were outmatched by Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] on the road and fell 56-27.
Despite the defeat, Langford saw an underclassman step up: Dylan Harmon scored six points along with six rebounds and three blocks. It was the first time this season that Harmon posted two or more blocks.
Langford's defeat was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-16. As for Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah], their victory bumped their record up to 5-12.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Langford will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Faulkton at 7:30 p.m. on February 9th. Hopefully Langford focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 31 on Tuesday. As for Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah], they will head out on the road to face off against Richland at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Richland focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 14 last Monday.
